Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
Lendworth maintains strong compliance practices across its mortgage lending and asset-management operations. This includes adherence to Canadian and U.S. regulatory frameworks, AML requirements, investor reporting standards, and internal audit processes designed to promote transparency and operational integrity.

Credit & Investment Committee

Audit & Risk Committee
The Audit & Risk Committee provides independent oversight of financial reporting, operational risk, and internal controls. The committee reviews audited statements, evaluates risk frameworks, and ensures compliance with governance policies and regulatory requirements.
